I just wanted to update you on what’s happening with me after the sesh (Intensive). I’m feeling like my brain has reset and rewired. Yesterday on the massage table and again today I felt (density) leaving into the mountain. I am inhabilting my body on a much deeper level. I still feel my body vibrating out. It feels like a cleanse of all the nooks and crannies and an energetic reset. So blown away by all of this. So powerful.

Location: Private Retreat Facility, Mount Shasta, California
The SOAARING Hearts Center
Fee: $1555 per day. One, two, or three day retreats. Fly into Redding, CA (airfare not included in fee).
Lodging with private suite (bedroom and bath) and transporation provided, included in fee.
Meals included and kitchen access - Pure water, tea, home-baked muffins, smoothies, wheatgrass shots, celery or other juices; soups, salads, sandwiches, other meals and/or dining out.
Sample 1 Day Structure (longer intensives customized):
Morning: Safety setting, grounding, establishing custom timeline of injuries.
Break
Late Morning: Assisted timeline healing review to support your nervous system to rapidly process and return to the present.
Lunch. Custom menu designed around your preferences, or lunch on your own as desired.
Early Afternoon: Somatic sound healing, to anchor morning work and multidimensional healing.
Breaks whenever desired, walk around the beauitful property or to nearby Peace Garden to relax and meditate.
Late Afternoon - As Indicated: Wrap up summary and recommendations.
Nearby Gateway Peace Garden for walks, rest and contemplation.
With your permission, full debrief with your individual therapist or support person of your choosing. One safe support person (for example your therapist, family member, friend) may also join the intensive as desired.
Post-Intensive individual session included (in person or distance), scheduled within a few weeks of completion.
