This one-day intensive could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

All day individual intensives with Anastasia - Reserved on Saturdays or as otherwise scheduled.

Location: Private Retreat Facility, Mount Shasta, California

Fee: $1555

Beverages, snacks, lunch included.

Structure:

Morning: Safety setting, grounding, establishing custom timeline of sexual injury/injuries.

Break

Late Morning: Assisted healing review to support your nervous system to rapidly process and return to the present.

Lunch. Custom menu designed around your preferences.

Early Afternoon: Somatic sound healing, to anchor morning work and multidimensional healing.

Late Afternoon: Wrap up summary and recommendations.
